J. P. Nowak

Founder of XENTUM. Jakub specializes in the development of large-scale applications. He has wide experience in creating applications for Java EE platform, using a rich, but sometimes bizarrely named, set of tools.

He actively participates in promoting the Information Technology as organizer of numerous geek ev3nts.

Jakub holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Adam Mickiewicz University.

Renata Żybura

Strategic approach and organizational skills. Integration and coordination, making things work, goal achieving.

Key competences are: experience and knowledge in strategic analysis, building of strategies, preparation of marketing plans and project management.

Privately interested in French and Spanish culture. Flamenco dancer.

Renata holds a Master’s degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Economics and an MBA at the University of Rennes I.
